Welcome to the cooking Dietitian

I confess I don't have a perfect diet, but I work hard everyday to eat healthy. As a dietitian I know that one of the best ways to improve my diet is to cook at home.

In my childhood home, homemade meals where served almost everyday by a mother who was an amazing cook. Now am a single gal, on my own, I am learning to cook my own meals. I far from a professional chef but I learn something new with every recipe I try. Join me on my journey of healthy eating as I learn to be a better cook.
